Are you passionate about the Call Centre Environment, specifically around quality monitoring?

We have the opportunity to create a focused team, to address current challenges of call monitoring and assessment to enhance customer service via the Call Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides detailed audit comments that are clear and easily understood and communicates effectively with Technologists.

• Actively utilises technical skills to determine the commercial viability of the audited products.

• Evaluates Suppliers’ performance against Truworths auditing requirements and fairly applies penalty system.

• Conducts regular store visits with feedback.

Acts as a Truworths QA representative for a large geographical area.

• Upon request, conducts store inspections for the H/O teams and provides feedback and solutions on queries.

• Sets quality standards with suppliers, keeping them updated with relevant documentation and works with the QA team to build a focused and effective supplier base.

• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the auditing process and has a working understanding of the AQL system.

• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Truworths quality procedures. (Brief, sealing process etc.).

• Is able to navigate PLM effectively and updates daily audit samples and the PASS/ FAIL review and clear comments.

• Knows and understands the buying cycle and workflow of the manufacturing process in order to give quality advice, manage deadlines and feedback to the H/O departments when required.

• Involvement in drafting and implementation of Quality Assurance manuals.

• Has a good understanding of current regulations and legislation relating to all aspects of clothing manufacture, compliance and health and safety requirements.

• Ensure consistent quality monitoring across departments.

• Insight to recognize the effectiveness /ineffectiveness of call scripts & have the initiative to drive and implement change.

• Driven by the effectiveness of which process & not approach the job just as an admin task to be ticked when done.

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric or equivalent qualification

• Previous call centre quality assurance experience is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate customer-related information systems to the required standard maintaining accurate and secure records

• Exceptional knowledge and understanding of customer services principles and ability to apply them in the workplace.

• Preparation for Inbound and Outbound Calls.

Our Customer Services department requires people with a real passion for retail and commitment to a high level of customer service, to work in our Debt Collection Department as a Debt Collector.

Key Responsibilities

• Advises customer of total due amount (arrears + instalment due).

• Asks for immediate payment/confirm PTP.

• Confirms when the next payment will be.

• Confirms salary date and ensure correlations between salary date, PTP date and date last paid.

• Advises customer of the relevant consequences of non-payment or benefits of making payment.

• Negotiate for total due/Multiple PTPs.

• Offers the option to pay via credit card and explain the benefits of paying via credit card.

• Offer a debit order and explain the benefits of a debit order payment.

• All info updated correctly and correct action codes used.

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric or equivalent qualification

• Previous relevant experience (collections experience) is advantageous.
