REQUIREMENTS: Senior Certificate/National Certificate (Vocational). General knowledge of Human Resource Management. Bachelor’s degree/ National Diploma in Human Resource Management/Public Management/Administration will be an added advantage. Knowledge of PERSONAL. Sound knowledge of applicable Acts related to Human Resource Management. Good communication skills and interpersonal relations. Computer literacy.
DUTIES: Perform administration work related to Human Resource Management e.g. Recruitment and Selection, pensions and housing allowance, performance management development system, transfers, verification of qualification, secretariat during interviews, probation reports, long service recognition, handle the application of incapacity leave and ill-health retirement, filing of correspondence. Management of all human resource records. Perform any duty other duties as may be delegated by the supervisor from time to time.
