To provide ongoing support and assistance to the Group Company Secretary Department through attending and recording all respective Board, committee and other meetings where needed.
experience and qualifications
Minimum Qualification – Matriculated (Grade 12) and CIS qualification advantageous
Preferred Qualification – Matriculated (Grade 12) and CIS qualification advantageous
Experience – 2+ years’ minute taking experience essential (as a minimum) with exposure to Company Secretarial functions; Corporate Finance experience preferred

Attend all board and committee meetings when required
Performs other related duties as may be required or assigned by the Operations Manager
Maintain confidentiality of all items discussed in the board and committee meetings
Ensure that minutes of each meeting is provided within the standard time frame prior to the meeting occurring
Liaise with the Operations Manager and respective stakeholders in the Company secretary team to ensure all records are kept with accurate signed copies of minutes of all meetings
Record all key decisions and discussion items of the meetings
