experience and qualifications
Minimum Qualification – Grade 12
Experience – 3 – 5 years foreign exchange experience
Additional information and responsibilities
In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check.
Validate and authorize foreign exchange instructions and payments
Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all relevant information
Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of advice to relevant stakeholders
Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships that enable achievement of operational objectives
Contribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service
Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
