Key Responsibilities

• Manage the business planning process and direct the consolidation of the long, medium, and short term business plans
• Leads, directs, monitors, tracks, and reports on the status of the strategic projects
• Direct the inputs to the information systems, supporting the planning process
• Direct and co-ordinate the effectiveness of the monthly reporting process
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, procedures, and methodologies for business planning
• Management of staff
