Key Responsibilities
• Provide a high-level consultancy and solution management service for area of expertise, which requires expert knowledge of the specialist area, other functional areas, excellent Eskom business knowledge and system specialist knowledge
• Manage, control, and coordinate the activities of professional staff within the area of expertise (the number of staff members varies for each cell)
• Manage the provision of an efficient system application support for current and new system functionality
• Manage service level agreements and business expectations in area of expertise
• Monitor that system testing of applications are performed prior to implementation in order to provide effective and customer-based solutions
• Monitor training of users on the use of systems are performed
