DUTIES: Facilitate and oversee surveillance of vaccine-preventable diseases (VPD). Maintain updated surveillance system for VPD (AEFI, Measles, Polio, NNT). Compile and submit reports to comply with applicable policies. Conduct support visits to public and private health care facilities in the province to respond to VPD outbreaks in the province. Develop skills and knowledge of health care workers to improve service delivery
