Requirements: Grade 12. Diploma in Basic Archives and Records Management or Diploma in Public Management. Communication Skills. Computer Skills. Report writing Skills. Computer literacy. 2 years’ relevant experience.
Key Performance Areas: Recording of all incoming and outgoing mails. Opening of files. Closing of files. Keep registers of incoming and outgoing mail. Filing of documents. Faxing of Documents. To render assistance in an opening post bag. Maintenance of remittance register.
