POST: ADMINISTRATION CLERK X 2 POSTS  (Cash Hall & JDAS)

CENTRE: MAGISTRATE SEKGOSESE

SALARY: R 173 703 – R 204 612 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Grade 12 with mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject or equivalent qualification.
  •  Relevant administrative experience
  •  Tertiary qualification in finance will be an added advantage

Skills and competencies:

  •  Computer literacy (MS Office).
  •  Good communication skills (verbal and written);
  •  Problem-solving.
  •  Good interpersonal relations.
  •  Attention to detail.

DUTIES:

  •  Payments of maintenance beneficiaries through Justice Deposit Account System (JDAS)
  •  Manage transactions of Bail, Court Fines, and General Modules over JDAS.
  •  Process payment of invoices on BAS and payment of witness fees
  •  Request all BAS reports as well as compile statistics as required from time to time.
  •  Perform petty cash reconciliation.
  •  Update petty cash register and keeping financial records up to date.
  •  Perform other administrative duties as directed by the Court Manager from time to time.
