SALARY: R173 703. per annum (plus benefits)

CENTRE: Odi District Hospital

REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 with 2 years experience in Human Resource Management or a minimum of 3 Years National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management with 1-year experience. Sound knowledge of HR Acts, Prescripts-Interpretation, and implementation thereof. Good knowledge of PERSONAL System and Computer literacy. Excellent communication, writing skills, and good interpersonal relations.

DUTIES: Conduct the Recruitment and Selection process in line with relevant Acts and Policies. Leave Management, capturing of PMDS documents on PERSONAL as required by the DPSA. Processing and submission of all HR mandate to GDF as required. Perform all Salary and Personnel related matters. Effective and efficient management of HR administrative aspects. Appointment, transfers, termination, salary administration, and management of Conditions of service. Assist with PILIR management and reporting thereof. Management of Overtime. Perform all other relevant duties as delegated by the Supervisor/Manager.
